Do you take custom costume orders?

At Miss Brown's Fancy, we specialise in ready to wear costumes in stock sizes as a less expensive alternative to having a costume custom made. Unfortunately we are not currently taking custom orders.

Do you have other ready to wear costumes available for purchase that are not listed on your website?

All ready to wear costumes available for sale are displayed on our website. We also have a number of costumes currently in production in various styles and sizes. We update our website regularly with these new ready to wear costumes, so be sure to return to view our latest work.

What accessories are included with a ready to wear costume?

Each costume includes a matching headband, bloomers and a shawl. Please view our accessories page to browse our other Irish Dancing accessories available for purchase.

Most of our ready to wear costumes do not include crystals. If you want to add crystals to a costume, yet are not confident to apply them yourself, we are pleased to offer this service at an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.

How can I be sure that a ready to wear costume will fit my dancer?

Please refer to our sizing guide to ensure that the costume will be a suitable fit.

Do you offer alteration services on ready to wear costumes?

We are pleased to offer alteration services on our ready to wear costumes. Please be aware however, that we can often be restricted by the style, design and most importantly the seam allowances of each individual costume when it comes to alterations. Alteration services also attract additional fees, and are calculated according to the complexity and time required to complete the alteration. Please contact us for a quote.

We do not offer alteration services on costumes designed and constructed by other dressmakers.
